As part of our Production Engineering team, you will play a key role in maintaining, improving, and supporting the equipment used in the production of fiber‑laser components and optical systems.
You will be the daily technical anchor for ensuring equipment uptime and structured maintenance while acting as a cross‑functional link between Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Warehouse, and other stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities include:
Performing and coordinating daily maintenance on production equipment, including optical apparatus and systems used in fiber‑laser manufacturing.
Working actively with our CMMS system (Fiix) to ensure structured, data‑driven maintenance — including updating tasks, planning preventive work, managing asset information, and supporting users across the organization.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Prioritizing and coordinating maintenance tasks in a dynamic production environment with shifting needs.
Contributing to equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvements.
Ensuring accurate and structured documentation (SOPs, maintenance records, calibration logs, equipment data, etc.).
Supporting production technicians with guidance, training, and hands‑on problem‑solving.
Building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across multiple departments.
Identifying improvement opportunities through analysis, data review, and systematic problem‑solving.
Ensuring adherence to internal quality procedures and working in alignment with ISO 9001 practices.
