About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

主要职责：

•客户服务中心接待公司提供客户，关注并分析，把握保险业务机会

•全方位理财规划，透过财务需求分析(FNA)评估客户的财务状况，提供恰当的保险解决方案提供专业建议，以满足客户的保险和保障需求

•确保客户满意度和品牌忠诚度 •履行客户的相关申请和后续跟进

•确保高水平的合规准则和合规程序 •确保个人活动符合相关法律和监管要求

入职条件

•持有大学学历，主修金融、商务或相关学科优先考虑

•善于洞察客户需求，具有在人寿保险解决方案领域及服务内地客户的相关经验，有在保险领域工作经验的人士优先考虑

•具有丰富的财富管理经验，具备相关的保险产品的知识和销售能力

• 具备出色的沟通、人际交往和协调能力，并有在压力下高效工作的经验

•需要保险相关执照保险中介人资格考试试卷1,3

•流利普通話(优先)，良好广东话及英文, 良好中英文讀寫能力
