Job description
The CRM Delivery Specialist will gather requirements, plan, execute, and report on evidence-based email marketing activities. They will provide support, recommendations, and best-practice guidance to marketing colleagues on campaign setup and management. The role involves actively contributing to team and departmental objectives while demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and competitive dynamics to develop effective marketing plans and inform commercial decisions. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across marketing teams and departments to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with marketing planning teams and CRM Delivery Manager to provide guidance on best practices for email planning and execution.
- Design, implement, and optimize email performance strategies, sharing key learnings and results with broader teams to enhance overall campaign effectiveness
- Maintain and update reports, budgets, and trackers as required to support operational efficiency and transparency
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, potential customers, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery
- Take ownership of personal development by identifying and addressing skills gaps, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance expertise and performance
Key responsibilities
- Leverage channel expertise to execute campaigns and one-off emails, working closely with stakeholders in content and CRM teams to ensure alignment
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations to planners for continuous improvement
- Utilize templates and pre-approved assets managed by the CRM Automation team to ensure brand consistency and compliance when building customer journeys
- Ensure adherence to agreed processes and operate effectively within a compliance framework
- Effectively plan, prioritize, and manage tasks to ensure timely delivery of objectives
What we're looking for:
- Strong understanding of best practices in email strategy, execution, and testing
- Proficiency in delivering high-quality email campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot
- Ability to analyze data effectively and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Solid knowledge of data management best practices and relevant legislation (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Experience in gathering requirements and data, and leveraging insights to inform and optimize campaign plans
- Familiarity with industry best practices and compliance with data protection regulations
- Proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with web/cloud-based databases, CMS platforms, and email creation tools. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot is advantageous
- Demonstrate strong customer and commercial awareness, including an understanding of the competitive landscape, potential partner organizations, and emerging market trends

Location: The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our office in Philadelphia to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office location 3 days per week.

- Annual salary range: $68,959 — 73,000 base salary, dependent upon experience + up to 5% annual bonus
