Job description
The Case Investigations & Enforcement (CIE) team consolidates rules development and compliance and all ecosystem compliance programs across Payment Ecosystem Risk and Controls (PERC) to ensure a consistent enforcement process across Visa’s rules, fraud, and integrity disciplines.
This is an individual contributor role, who will provide support to the global leadership team to achieve the future of CIE. Furthermore, they will partner with team members across CIE to manage the design and implementation of a portfolio of initiatives to support CIE progress and implementation of OKRs, business planning, townhalls, partner and leadership materials.
Core responsibilities include:
- Support the creation of annual strategic plans and materials to support the CIE leadership team, and associated business integration plans to include financial budget management.
- Lead creation of Power Point materials for various business updates such as: Town halls, executive leadership presentations, partner and stakeholder updates, monthly OKR progress, etc.
- Facilitate leadership alignment and collaboration by driving clarity across operations, risk technology, and program management workstreams.
- Develop and maintain program initiative intake and tracking infrastructure, along with associated initiative progress tracking and status updates at various levels of the organization
- Create and manage centralized business requirements for CIE technology portfolio, including intake, prioritization, oversight of requirements development to align to future state and partnership with product partners through the end-to-end lifecycle
- Monitor internal initiatives, track progress, escalate risks, and drive execution across cross‑functional teams.
- Define and manage a standardized and consistent process based on change management principles for the implementation of initiatives
- Partner with business partners across CIE to support effective design and development of initiatives per standard project management principles
- Excellent attention to detail in developing change initiative plans, leveraging RACI, business case, cost / benefit analysis, impact assessments, risk mitigation plans, and overall project management principles
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Highly analytical and critical thinker with proven ability to leverage data to conduct analysis to determine business case around issues which are often complex in nature, including financial cost benefit analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills required to coordinate wider projects, delegate tasks and influence others within job function and may provide guidance to other CIE professionals
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision, work effectively under pressure and shifting priorities, and proactive and resilient when dealing with complex challenges in a matrixed environment.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating needs into successful deliverables
- Ability to set priorities and manage expectations, and work both as part of a team and independently
- Strong analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills enabling one to partner with and clearly articulate a portfolio of work across various regions and stakeholders
- Respond resiliently to new or shifting priorities and challenges and urgent requests with limited time
- Action orientated and be prepared to act responsibly with limited information and apply sound business analysis to limit the downstream impact of decisions
- Fully versed and experienced in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and SharePoint
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 109,800 to 186,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
