Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Provide customer documentation as a first line of response according to requests received from Sales through relevant systems
- Complete customer questionnaires and product‑related technical and regulatory documentation in line with defined response policies
- Act as first‑level support for internal stakeholders regarding documentation processes and content, escalating to subject‑matter experts when needed
- Coordinate regulatory, technical and customer‑specific information to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
- Manage periodic reviews and updates of standard and customer‑specific documentation in collaboration with Regulatory and Quality teams
- Identify emerging customer trends and information gaps and support the expansion of available documentation and knowledge bases
- Handle non‑standard documentation requirements by coordinating and escalating internally to relevant stakeholders
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities and support performance management
- Contribute to strong global collaboration across Sales, Regulatory and Quality teams, supporting multiple product lines
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biological Sciences or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality, Regulatory Affairs or a related function
- Strong information‑management skills and proficiency with office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience working with digital platforms such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Structured and consistent working style with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple documentation requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines
