Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Provide customer documentation as a first line of response according to requests received from Sales through relevant systems
• Complete customer questionnaires and product‑related technical and regulatory documentation in line with defined response policies
• Act as first‑level support for internal stakeholders regarding documentation processes and content, escalating to subject‑matter experts when needed
• Coordinate regulatory, technical and customer‑specific information to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
• Manage periodic reviews and updates of standard and customer‑specific documentation in collaboration with Regulatory and Quality teams
• Identify emerging customer trends and information gaps and support the expansion of available documentation and knowledge bases
• Handle non‑standard documentation requirements by coordinating and escalating internally to relevant stakeholders
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities and support performance management
• Contribute to strong global collaboration across Sales, Regulatory and Quality teams, supporting multiple product lines

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biological Sciences or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality, Regulatory Affairs or a related function
• Strong information‑management skills and proficiency with office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience working with digital platforms such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or SAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Structured and consistent working style with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple documentation requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines
