Health Insurance Sales Agent – $100K+ Package (OTE)

Ready to sell without chasing? This is a role where the leads are warm, the product is trusted, and your income is directly tied to how well you perform, not how loud you are.

You’ll be representing Canstar, a family-founded business that customers already trust to make smart financial decisions. That means better conversations, higher intent, and real earning potential. The focus is on guiding, comparing, and helping people make informed decisions on Health Insurance plans, not forcing outcomes.

What we offer:

• $70K–$75K base + super
• Uncapped commission

○ Earn 1.2%–3.5% of annual premium

○ Hit target → earnings start compounding fast

• Hybrid (Tues/Thurs office), more if you enjoy the office buzz
• Flexible rotating roster between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday (optional Saturday)

What a day looks like with Canstar

• Calling warm leads
• Understanding needs and comparing health insurance options
• Utilise solid product knowledge and expertise to best advise members
• Handling objections without hard-selling
• Own your own inbound pipeline, speed to lead matters
• Delivering consistent daily output

What we’re looking for:

• 12+ months of experience in health insurance sales or strong relevant experience ● Insurance comparison experience ideal
• Can build trust quickly and handle objections like a consultant
• Move with urgency, you don’t sit on leads
• Are comfortable being heard and challenged (open culture, no egos)
• PR or Australian Citizenship
• Ability to pass police check + 2 references.
