Job description

We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist with a strong interest or experience in hand therapy to join our team. While we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow, we ideally prefer candidates with 2–3 years of clinical experience and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team in an outpatient orthopedic setting, with access to mentorship and continued professional development.

Our clinic is built on a foundation of strong culture, flexibility, and genuine work-life balance. We believe great clinicians thrive when they feel supported—both professionally and personally—so we prioritize a positive, team-driven environment where your voice is heard and your growth matters. If you’re looking for a place where you can develop your skills without sacrificing your quality of life, we’d love to connect.

  • Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current state of Texas license, CPR certification
  • Experience in the field of Hand Therapy
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
  • Compensation $95000-$115000
  • Excellent benefits package including 401k, health, dental, and generous paid time off
  • Multiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadership
  • Employee discount plans
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Family-friendly work environment
  • Collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages idea-sharing and innovation
