  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when handling difficult situations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and basic computer applications.
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
