Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries accurately.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
