We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, embodying a professional and approachable demeanor at all times. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries accurately.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
