Public Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our thriving communications team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and maintaining the public image of our organization by crafting compelling messages and fostering strong relationships with the media and the public. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with media contacts and journalists.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on public perception and outreach effectiveness.
• Support the planning and execution of events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to maintain consistent messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to develop press materials and effectively engage with media professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and public relations databases.
