Job description

Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events that align with our organization's goals and brand. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, enabling them to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute company events including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion of event tasks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote events and manage participant registrations.
  • Oversee event logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with successful event execution.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes effectively.
