Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and drive product strategy,

roadmap, and execution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in supply chain

finance, understands customer pain points, and can translate business goals into scalable

product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

● Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify

opportunities.

● Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to build and deliver

features.

● Prioritize requirements using data-driven insights, balancing customer needs with

business impact.

● Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations.

● Build business cases for new features/products with clear ROI.

● Track product adoption, usage metrics, and continuously optimize user experience.

● Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful

go-to-market execution.

● Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and innovations in fintech.

Requirements

● 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or supply chain

finance platforms.

● Strong understanding of financial products, digital platforms, or trade

finance/TReDS (preferred).

● Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and successfully launching scalable

products.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (JIRA,

Trello, etc.).

● Technical background or ability to work closely with engineering teams is a plus.
