What you'll be doing:

You will play a key role in bringing new products to life and ensuring existing products continue to meet the highest standards. From supporting product development to solving technical challenges, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to make sure every detail is right. Your work will help us deliver innovative, high-quality packaging solutions that meet timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing technical packaging tasks for new product development projects

• Creating and approving specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation

• Developing and testing new cartons and shippers to meet quality and cost requirements

• Coordinating first production runs and supporting manufacturing teams

• Leading corrective actions and resolving quality issues for existing products

• Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Engineering or Science

• 1–3 years’ experience in manufacturing, quality, or product development

• Experience in tooling development, packaging development, and new construction development for the Gifting category

• Strong English communication skills

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working under time pressure

• A team player with excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
