About The Job We are looking for an experienced and strategic professional to lead the development and growth of our Allergy category. This role combines long-term strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a highly regulated and dynamic healthcare environment. Core areas of responsibility: Co-create and drive the long-term strategy for the Allergy category, managing a portfolio of reimbursed and non-reimbursed products, while adapting to a changing regulatory environment (1–3 year horizon). Translate category strategy into an annual marketing plan covering medical channels, reimbursement, and demand generation; develop recommendations and ensure effective implementation upon approval. Own the business performance of the category, including: Marketing budget planning and control Identifying and recommending profitability improvements Close cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access, Sales, and Finance teams Partner closely with Market Access and Medical/Scientific teams to: Develop reimbursement strategies Communicate clinical and economic value of products Prepare materials supporting therapeutic and reimbursement decisions Lead strategy and execution of communication in the medical channel, targeting: Hospitals Physicians across specialties (allergologists, pediatricians, gastroenterologists, internists) Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) Plan and implement annual medical communication strategies, including: Defining key messages based on clinical data and guidelines Developing modern engagement tools (educational events, training programs, digital formats) Ensuring alignment and execution excellence with Sales teams Monitor market dynamics, competition, and regulatory changes (reimbursement, clinical guidelines) and proactively recommend strategic adaptations. Build a strong, long-term positioning of allergy brands as trusted scientific partners within the medical community, not just product providers. About You 5–7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within: Pharma, medical nutrition, medical devices, or other regulated categories Medical channel communication Proven track record in brand or category management, ideally involving reimbursed or highly regulated products. Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration (Medical, Market Access, Sales, Finance) and managing complex projects or teams. Excellent English proficiency (ability to work with scientific documentation, global teams, and clinical guidelines). Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution in a complex and evolving environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret: Market data Clinical data Reimbursement frameworks Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility within the medical community and across the organization. Proactive mindset, independence, and confidence in decision-making under regulatory and market uncertainty. Comfortable working in large, complex organizations with high-quality standards and structured processes.
