Overview Job Title: Student Intern Work Schedule: Onsite | Up to 20 hours per week Supports assigned tasks and projects under supervision while gaining practical experience by applying theoretical knowledge in the health system environment. Participates actively in organizational workflows, training sessions, and team discussions to enhance skills and contribute effectively. Communicates progress and challenges regularly, maintains confidentiality, and adheres to health system policies. Provides valuable exposure to healthcare workplace processes and fosters professional growth through collaboration and feedback. Qualifications Education: Currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, a degree program in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. An undergraduate degree (or near completion) in a business-related field is preferred. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or a recent graduate. Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and professional communication practices. Demonstrated willingness to learn and apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. Ability to work under supervision and follow directions effectively. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation (Required): Employees in this position may operate a vehicle for assigned business purposes as a non-frequent driver . A frequent driver is defined as one who: Drives at least once daily, Completes at least five individual trips per week, or Drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of their job.
