E-Commerce Associate

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited about the fast-paced world of online selling? We’re looking for a proactive E-Commerce Associate to help manage and grow our presence across leading platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our website.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms

• Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotions

• Monitor orders, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure smooth transactions

• Assist in executing online campaigns and marketplace activities

• Track sales performance and prepare simple reports

• Collaborate with Marketing, Fulfillment, and Finance teams

• Handle customer-related concerns such as reviews, disputes, and order issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any course)

• Open to fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience in e-commerce/online selling

• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms is an advantage

• Basic Excel knowledge

• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

• Strong communication and coordination skills
