Job description

Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across all F&B outlets and social events. This role focuses on developing strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and maximizing business opportunities while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The position works closely with the Director of Food & Beverage / Asst. F&B Manager to align sales strategies with operational goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across the Food & Beverage department
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Conduct sales presentations and site tours to effectively showcase the hotel’s F&B offerings and facilities
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create attractive promotions, menus, and event packages
  • Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage / Asst. F&B to align sales strategies with operational objectives and follow up on business opportunities
  • Provide regular updates and follow-ups to the Director of Food & Beverage / Asst. F&B on sales performance, pipeline, and key accounts
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B sales, and event planning.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with strong attention to detail.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
