Job description

  • Coordinate Sales operations with the other departments of the organization.
  • Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization.
  • Ensure maintenance of customer database.
  • Responsible for targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
  • Any matter which may effect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management.
  • Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department
  • Manage/direct public relations and promotional activities in conjunction with corporate marketing and public relations departments.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Excellent negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and public speaking abilities
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure situations

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Track record of successfully launching new products or entering new markets
  • Experience with data-driven decision making and advanced analytics
  • Certification in sales management or leadership development programs
  • Multilingual capabilities, particularly fluency in Hindi and English
  • Experience in building and scaling sales organizations from the ground up
