Job description
- Coordinate Sales operations with the other departments of the organization.
- Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization.
- Ensure maintenance of customer database.
- Responsible for targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
- Any matter which may effect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management.
- Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department
- Manage/direct public relations and promotional activities in conjunction with corporate marketing and public relations departments.

**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Demonstrated expertise in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and public speaking abilities
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure situations
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and marketing automation platforms
- Track record of successfully launching new products or entering new markets
- Experience with data-driven decision making and advanced analytics
- Certification in sales management or leadership development programs
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly fluency in Hindi and English
- Experience in building and scaling sales organizations from the ground up
