Job description

As Mama’s Front Office Supervisor, you’ll help create the warm, seamless, and joyful experience that defines our brand. You will:

  • Lead and support the Front Office team during daily operations.
  • Ensure every guest feels welcomed, appreciated, and cared for — Mama-style.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and challenges with charm, confidence, and a smile.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and inspiring our reception team members.
  • Support check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and guest engagement processes.
  • Maintain strong communication with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and other teams to keep operations smooth.
  • Uphold Mama’s service culture, guest experience standards, and internal policies.
  • Must do night duties as scheduled.

Mama’s ideal Front Office Supervisor is:

  • Experienced in front office or guest services (at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior executive role).
  • A natural people-person who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • A confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Someone who leads by example — supportive, organised, calm under pressure.
  • Strong in administrative accuracy and comfortable with hotel systems (Opera Cloud, Knowcross knowledge is a plus).
  • Passionate about hospitality, creativity, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
