As a Runner, you play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly by ensuring Sales Associates have the products they need, exactly when they need them. You maintain a clean, organized stockroom, promptly bring shoes and products to the sales floor, and efficiently return merchandise to its proper place. Your ability to stay tidy, fast, and accurate helps the sales team deliver an exceptional customer experience. While much of your work happens behind the scenes, your impact is front and center. Your support keeps the floor energized, organized, and ready to drive sales.
