Job description
•Analyze inventory levels and coordinate local material requirements to ensure proper availability for production.
•Perform continuous follow‑up with suppliers, monitoring deadlines, quality, and delivery conditions.
•Monitor regular and special freight shipments, ensuring alignment between transportation timelines and internal demands.
•Schedule material deliveries and keep all relevant stakeholders updated.
•Participate in stock inventory activities, contributing to the accuracy of inventory records.
•Prepare and issue invoices and other documents required for logistical processes.
•Generate various operational reports and perform system entries in the ERP, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
•Verify the availability of parts for shipment and record all relevant operational activities.
•Assess fleet needs and ensure proper support for logistical operations.
•Ensure that all tasks and processes are carried out in compliance with the company’s quality standards, promoting continuous improvement.
Minimum education: Completed high school. English is considered an asset.
