This is a dynamic and community-connected environment where the Executive Assistant provides essential support to the Head of School and executive team, helping to coordinate operations, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and ensure the smooth running of key activities across the School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • provide high-level administrative support to the Head of School and executive team, including diary and email management, meeting coordination, and agenda preparation
  • support the organisation of school events, visits, and external stakeholder engagements
  • assist with travel and accommodation arrangements, purchasing requests, and University systems processes
  • collaborate with campus support officers and staff to manage accommodation, logistics, and student placement agreements
  • conduct ad hoc research, document preparation, and coordination of project-related tasks as required
  • act as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times

About You
You are a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring a solutions-focused approach, anticipate needs, and manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.

You will also demonstrate:

  • proven experience providing high-level administrative or executive support, ideally in a tertiary, health, or complex organisational setting
  • exceptional organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • strong attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
  • advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence across multiple systems and platforms
  • flexibility, responsiveness, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to support broader team activities as needed
