SECTION 1: JOB SUMMARY*

The Keynote Brand Manager will be responsible for leading initiatives, creating, and implementing strategic brand strategies and their commercialization tactics, and contributing to the platform growth strategies and business plan achievement. Plans and coordinates critical processes related to business planning, strategic marketing plans, portfolio management, product development, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, clinical marketing, and multi-channel marketing. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Responsible for the Ultrasonic brand strategy including segmentation, positioning, pricing strategies, claims, launch execution, key clinical specialty development, new product launch preparation and launch excellence processes, VOC & insights to inform brand strategy and life cycle management.

  • Engages with customers and KOL’s to identify key insights that inform brand strategy this engagement can be in lab, operating room, or  advisory board setting.

  • Partners with Regional Marketing to ensure detailed global implementation of new product launches and achievement of business plans.

  • Partners with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Regional Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and key customers in planning, coordinating and executing product launches, and leading efforts on customer targeting and evidence generation.

  • Partner with Value Stream, Lifecycle, and Supply Chain teams to initiate cost improvement projects and optimize the supply chain to improve efficiency and overall health of the Ultrasonic platform.

  • Responsible to reach financial targets within specified budgets and timeframes.

  • Ensures applicable company compliance with all relevant country and regional requirements, company regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to health, safety, and environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable

  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all federal, state, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Performs other duties assigned as needed and required.

SECTION 3: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*

Marketing Manager

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive business experience is required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing and or sales experience is required

Senior Marketing Manager

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years progressive business experience is required.

  • Minimum of 4 years of healthcare marketing and or sales experience is required.

SECTION 4: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS*

  • Medical Device marketing and/or sales experience is highly preferred.

  • Previous Regional Marketing experience and/or Global Strategic marketing experience is preferred.

  • Experience in product development including needs assessment, portfolio management, new opportunity assessment, and product lifecycle management is preferred.

  • Proven track record to work in a Global organization is preferred.

  • Excellent cross-functional and management influencing skills and ability to develop customer relationships are required.

  • Experience with supply chain, global brand management and new product launch is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and using customer insights is preferred.

  • Demonstrated competency building and executing marketing strategy is preferred.

  • Demonstrated success leading various teams across different functions is preferred.

  • Healthcare sales and sales management experience is preferred.

*Up to 30% travel is required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
