Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer supports the development of omni-channel creative campaigns, contributing to digital, print, and experiential design projects. This role collaborates closely with the Creative Team to produce brand-consistent visuals that align with marketing objectives and enhance customer engagement.
As a key contributor, the Graphic Designer brings fresh ideas and strong design fundamentals to Advance enterprise brands. This role is ideal for a designer with solid foundational skills who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What will you do?
- Execute design deliverables across digital, print, and in-store channels including social media, email, web graphics, signage, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and timelines.
- Assist in translating creative briefs into visually compelling concepts that support brand and business objectives.
- Partner with Copy/Content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across assets.
- Source and edit imagery, graphics, and visual elements to support campaign needs.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative outputs.
- Participate in team reviews and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
- Support senior designers and production artists with layout, formatting, and asset preparation.
- Stay current on design trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Location & Work Availability:
This position is Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote), based at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design work across digital and print channels.
- Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. WorkFront, Asana, Trello) is helpful but not required.
Certifications, Experience, and Education:
- 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or agency settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
