Set in the heart of Jaipur, Anantara Hotels & Resorts Jaipur is positioned as a landmark destination, blending heritage with contemporary luxury.

With the ability to host weddings and events of up to 2,500 guests, the hotel is a leading event-driven property in the market, supported by a range of indoor and outdoor venues, distinctive dining concepts and full leisure facilities including an Anantara Spa, fitness centre and semi-outdoor pool.

We are now seeking a General Manager to lead the property, driving commercial performance, strengthening its market position and delivering a consistently elevated guest experience.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

As General Manager, you will lead the overall performance of the hotel, ensuring the successful delivery of its financial, operational and strategic goals.

You will be responsible for positioning the property in the market, strengthening owner relationships, and building a high-performing team that delivers a distinctive guest experience aligned with Anantara’s brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute the hotel’s strategic direction
  • Deliver annual revenue and GOP targets, with full ownership of budgeting and forecasting
  • Lead day-to-day operations through the Resident Manager and department heads
  • Build and maintain a strong, trusted relationship with the property ownership
  • Drive commercial performance across Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management
  • Ensure consistent service excellence and ongoing capability development across the team
  • Implement and uphold Minor Hotels’ corporate standards, systems and initiatives
