Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Analyst located in Dallas, TX.

Reporting to the Materials Manager, the Supply Chain Analyst role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and improving the efficiency of our Supply Chain operations.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for supply chain performance metrics (inventory, procurement, logistics, demand planning, etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems and sources.
  • Investigate variances, delays, and inefficiencies across supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify underlying issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and cost-to-serve.
  • Provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Support initiatives to optimize supply chain processes through data-driven recommendations.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Maintains knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices; this knowledge applies to continually improve processes and production efficiency.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field required; education may be substituted for relevant experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in supply chain role or related field.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
