- Lead procurement initiatives across Multi-Carrier operations, Government cargo, and compliance-focused categories
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing, capacity, and service quality
- Own and deliver the annual Procurement Gameplan, tracking value realization and P&L impact
- Partner with Product and Commercial teams to forecast demand, identify capacity needs, and guide sourcing decisions
- Lead complex negotiations, contract management, SLAs, and end-to-end Source-to-Contract activities
- Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and should-cost modeling to inform sourcing and cost optimization strategies
- Ensure full compliance with Maersk’s Supplier Code of Conduct, ESG standards, and regulatory requirements
- Leverage data, market intelligence, and emerging technologies (including AI) to support scalable and efficient operations
- Foster collaboration, engagement, and operational excellence within the team and across stakeholders

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement, transportation, or supply chain environments
- Proven experience in supplier relationship management, negotiations, and contract management
- Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments while balancing strategic priorities and operational execution
