As Warehouse Manager, you will own the end-to-end performance of our Sydney warehouse, ensuring efficient, safe, and scalable operations that support our fast-growing e-commerce business. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic impact—driving inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all warehouse activities.

At PERGOLUX, we combine Scandinavian design with ambitious growth, and you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, premium customer experience while leading a motivated local team within our global organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead daily warehouse operations, overseeing inbound, storage, and outbound activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Own inventory management, including stock control, forecasting, cycle counts, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage and develop the warehouse team through hiring, onboarding, training, and performance leadership, fostering a safe and positive work environment.
  • Drive process optimization and quality control initiatives to reduce errors, improve workflows, and control operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while maintaining equipment, documentation, and performance reporting.
  • Negotiate Last Mile costs to drive cost down
  • Build relationships with last mile providers to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate inbound freight, container unloading and scheduling.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or operations leadership, ideally within e-commerce or logistics environments.
  • Strong expertise in inventory control, warehouse systems, and logistics coordination.
  • Proven people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • A safety-first mindset with solid knowledge of warehouse compliance and best practices.
  • Analytical and hands-on approach with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.

BENEFITS

  • An international work environment in a fast-growing company with plenty of development opportunities.
  • Ergonomic workstations and modern laptops (Apple or Windows).
  • Employee events (summer party, Christmas party, after-work gatherings).
  • Access to the Corporate Benefits portal.
  • Employee discounts on PERGOLUX products.
  • 20 vacation days (excluding public holidays)
  • A motivated and supportive team that helps each other.
  • Strong focus on professional development and skill-building.
  • Free drinks and snacks.
  • Employee referral program.
