Process Operator (VAPRO B)

We are looking for a qualified Process Operator with a VAPRO B certification to operate and monitor industrial production processes. Candidates with experience in Belgium will be highly valued due to familiarity with European safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production processes and equipment
• Control process parameters and ensure optimal performance
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Identify and troubleshoot process deviations and technical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

• Valid VAPRO B certification (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Process Operator in industrial environments
• Currently living in the Netherlands (mandatory)
• Knowledge of process technology, safety procedures, and quality control
• Willingness to work in shifts (including nights/weekends if required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Dutch or English language proficiency 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with automated control systems (e.g., SCADA/DCS)
• Additional safety certifications (e.g., VCA)
