Mise en place du service.

▪ Réalisation des recettes de base (crèmes, pain, différentes pâtes, sauces, coulis …).

 ▪ Réaliser des desserts classiques, plus élaborés, et entremets.

▪ Dresser des desserts et les transmettre au personnel de salle pour le service.

▪ Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.

▪ Former ses commis.
