Job Description

JD - Apprentice Warehouse

• To maintain department cleanliness.
• Perform dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, filling, or packing activities as per BMR/BPR.
• Operate and monitor production equipment (e.g., blender, granulator, compression machine, coating machine).
• Ensure correct material identification, status labeling, and usage.
• Maintain in-process controls and record observations.
• Record all activities in batch records (BMR/BPR) in real-time.
• Follow all SOPs, GMP, and data integrity practices.
• Ensure logbooks (equipment, area, cleaning) are updated.
• Report deviations, incidents, and abnormalities immediately.
• Perform equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Ensure line clearance before and after batch execution.
• Assist engineering team during breakdown and preventive maintenance.
• Follow gowning procedures and hygiene practices.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas.
• Ensure cross-contamination prevention practices.
• Support audits (internal/external/regulatory).
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Report unsafe conditions or practices.
• Participate in safety drills and trainings.
• To ensure compliance to Safety Measures.
• To learn and operate the equipment of production area.
• Authorized to prevent Improper workplace conditions.
• Authorized for reporting of Hazards, Incident, accidents and near miss.
