ABOUT THE ROLE
FuriosaAI is searching for a Talent Acquisition - Recruiter to drive our global talent acquisition efforts and help scale our organization. Partnering directly with hiring managers and cross-functional leadership, you will execute robust hiring strategies and initiatives to engage with world-class talent across competitive markets. You will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on executor for FuriosaAI’s global organization, while actively championing our employer brand to ensure we remain a top destination for world’s top innovators and technical talents.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Global TA Execution & Strategy: Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas. Partner closely with hiring managers to translate aggressive business growth plans into actionable, data-driven hiring strategies.
- Proactive Market Intelligence & Pipelining: Execute aggressive, forward-looking talent mapping. Continuously build and nurture a "warm bench" of world-class candidates for critical technical roles—engaging top-tier talent long before immediate hiring demands arise.
- Recruiting Excellence & Candidate Experience: Establish and maintain frictionless, data-informed hiring workflows that optimize sourcing, elevate the candidate experience, and drive hiring velocity without sacrificing quality.
- Advisory & Execution: Act as a strategic talent consultant to hiring managers. Guide them on best-in-class recruiting practices, rigorous interviewing techniques, and competitive closing strategies to secure top talent.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to and amplify FuriosaAI’s global employer brand, helping to position the company as a premier destination for top-tier tech talent through active market engagement and networking.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of dedicated full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a global high-growth technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruiting operations and executing global hiring initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing, aggressive market pipelining, and closing exceptional talent (including senior-level ICs or niche technical roles) within highly competitive markets.
- Strong hands-on, data-informed mindset; leveraging metrics and insights to optimize recruiting performance and drive hiring decisions in a high-touch environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted consultant and guide for business and engineering leaders.
- Business fluency in English, coupled with strong technical acumen to understand complex engineering requirements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Direct experience hiring within the semiconductor, AI, deep-tech, or Big Tech industries.
- Hands-on experience in hiring and navigating international talent markets and hiring landscapes (e.g., US, EU, APAC).
- Experience supporting or contributing to targeted employer branding initiatives.
- Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and a knack for adapting to lightweight, scalable recruiting workflows.
