You will serve as a key point of contact, supporting communication, coordinating client-related processes, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery aligned with our brand values.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Coordinate and support client onboarding and ongoing engagement processes
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the experience
- Assist in organizing client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
