Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

• Spearhead structural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to international standards and local regulations
• Develop innovative structural solutions for different type of projects
• Perform advanced structural analysis and design calculations using state-of-the-art software
• Create and review detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the structural engineering team
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within budget and schedule
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and solutions
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in structural design for buildings and infrastructure projects
• Proven expertise in reinforced concrete and steel design for complex structures
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software 
• In-depth knowledge of international design codes 
• Strong technical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Experience working on projects in the Middle East is highly desirable
