Job description

Обязанности: Responsible for the leadership, organization, coordination, development and execution of the Transportation (Planning and Delivery) based on all defined SLAs and KPIs; Manage the Transportation Productivity/LSS agenda delivering all Productivity/LSS Targets; Drive periodic cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity objectives, monitor, initiate additional activities if required; Work closely with BU Supply Chain stakeholders to drive respective initiatives and to anticipate future needs and opportunities; Perform annual, quarterly and other periodic budget planning for Transportation activities; Implement RCC work processes with a focus on continuous improvement, optimization and productivity approach delivering C&B Productivity Targets; Initiate and support automation of processes and systems; Support talent development to ensure that future organization structure allows to attract and retain the best talent for the future; Ensure adherence to PepsiCo’s policies & guidelines; Ensure the effective implementation of control procedures in accordance with the requirements of PepsiCo; Implement global standards for Transportation Planning and Execution (Transportation Control Tower) Требования: Location: Lianozovo or Nizhniy Novgorod 7+ years of progressive broad experience in multiple SC functions; Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, IT, Business or Economics; Fluent English at C1/C2 level is a must due to the requirement of global standards implementation; Experience of stakeholder management, relationship building and transformation leadership; Strong talent development capabilities; Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams; Be flexible, organized and able to manage competing priorities; Strong influence management, communication and cross-cultural skills to effectively interact with all levels of management; Process design and continuous Improvement mentality; Results-oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completion; Sharp analytical skill to link strategies and objectives together to develop a plan
