Bartender (Part-Time)

We are seeking a service-minded, highly professional individual to join our team as a Bartender in our Liberte Restobar.

What will you be doing:

• Showcasing your unique personality and skills, you will engage with guests to create a memorable dining experience!
• You will be responsible for welcoming guests in our urban chic lounge Liberté, explaining the menu and taking food and beverage orders.
• You will serve food and beverages according to Sofitel and AAA 4 Diamond standards maintaining current knowledge of all menu offerings, to include ingredients, preparation method, and presentation.
• You will be in charge of setting up and breaking down the Liberte` Lounge during your assigned shift.

Your skills and qualifications: 

• Qualified candidate will be personable, articulate and have at least 2 year of previous bartending experience in an upscale, high end restaurant or 4 diamond hotel and 1 year of previous serving experience.
• Knowledge of Silverware is a plus, or two years’ experience with a comparable restaurant software system. 
• Candidate should have experience in opening and closing shifts, table service, wine service, knowledge of food and wine pairing, knowledge of high-end liquors and aperitifs and experience with a high end bar menu.
• Qualified candidate will be pleasant, well spoken, gracious and willing to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
