Job description
- Ensuring that services such as new branches, adaptation and face-lifting of existing branches, allocation of offices to staff members and general civil /maintenance of all bank properties are executed professionally, timely and with the aim of returning highest value for money expended. In addition, prompt delivery of special projects (e.g. endowment, corporate social responsibility, and development of offices for the subsidiaries) for the bank and the entire group at large. • To ensure efficient and effective management of the real estate asset of the Bank for optimal returns at Area/Regional levels. • Ensuring compliance with relevant Government health Standards/Regulations. • Maintenance of Bank’s ambience (FCAR).
