▪ Effective supervision and overall co-ordination of Credit Policy & Portfolio Management function through Credit Portfolio Planning, Revisions of Credit Policies, Portfolio Reporting and Rating, Regulatory Returns, Supervision of risk measurement techniques and provide added value at advanced level to aid management in decision making and management of risk. ▪ Workdown on the Bank’s huge NPL Portfolio. ▪ Interface with regulators and External Auditors on policy and regulatory issues ▪ Implementation and adoption of the IFRS 9 standards of the Bank’s risk asset portfolio, ▪ Effectively interface with local and international vendors in adoption of models and technical implementions for measurement standards.
