The Maintenance Mechanic is a critical member of the Mauser Packaging Solutions manufacturing team, responsible for maintaining peak operational performance across 30 high-volume injection molding production lines. This role demands a technically skilled, safety-first professional who can respond swiftly to equipment failures, execute thorough preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced plastics packaging environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on injection molding maintenance experience, a deep understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and the sense of urgency needed to minimize downtime and keep production running at capacity.
