Job description

The Patient Advocacy Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the overall patient experience. This position is responsible for rounding on patients on a regular basis to gather feedback regarding their stay and ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. The job will include conducting routine patient rounding to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement, manage the patient grievance process from intake through resolution, collaborate with nursing administration to develop and implement solutions, provide support and guidance to staff regarding patient concerns and service recovery, and monitor action plans, track progress, and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
