Facilities Maintenance Technician,

Metalsa is hiring 2 master HVAC Technicians at our Roanoke, VA facility. These full-time roles support plant uptime through preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance. Electricians will maintain and troubleshoot 3-phase motors, panels, and facility power systems. HVAC Technicians will focus on diagnosing and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of experience and a valid Virginia license (Master Electrician required; HVAC preferred). Maximo CMMS experience is a plus.
