Application & Proposals Engineer

The Applications and Proposal Engineer supports NOV’s Production and Midstream rotating equipment portfolio by developing technically sound, commercially competitive pump and package solutions. This role is responsible for pump selection, sizing, and proposal development, delivering accurate quotations and bids that meet customer requirements, industry standards, and NOV processes. The position also works cross-functionally to support value engineering, continuous improvement, and business growth across NOV’s pump product lines.
