Construction Manager

The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the fabrication process at the yard, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources, adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Acting as the primary representative of project management, the role involves supervising subcontractor performance, coordinating the NOV site team, and addressing technical and contractual issues to ensure the successful delivery of the scope of work. The Construction Manager ensures compliance with HSE policies, legal requirements, and company standards while proactively resolving challenges, monitoring progress, and implementing recovery plans to maintain project objectives. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication with stakeholders, and a focus on delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective results.
