Medical Staff Coordinator - Med Staff Admin

Under general supervision, the Medical Staff Coordinator proactively initiates and coordinates medical staff activities. Provides and demonstrates ongoing expertise in Joint Commission, CMA, State, Federal and other regulatory requirements affecting the medical staff organization. Processes initial applications, reappointments, verification of all pertinent and required information and follow-up. Assures peer review findings are available for review at the time of reappointment. Maintains the medical staff proctoring system in an accurate and timely manner.
