Assistant Manager, HR is responsible to Manage the Human Resources aspect of the Company. Liaise between managers and employees. Creating policies and implement program and practices that will be improve the company’s overall profitability and productivity. Provide managers with tools to effectively hire, supervise, and evaluate employees. Follow and must have a thorough understanding of the Company’s goals and direction from time to time as required.
