Executive - Engineering Maintenance

We operate in key international markets, with manufacturing facilities in Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Indonesia, and marketing offices in the USA, Australia, and Europe. In Sri Lanka, our manufacturing facilities are in the Northwestern and Western Provinces. We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Executive – Maintenance to join our team at the Madampe manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong experience in plant maintenance, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, performance-driven setting.
