Baylor’s Student Health and Wellness resiliency initiatives are supported by the Baylor University Counseling Center (BUCC). A key example is the campuswide Mental Health Ally Initiative, which empowers students to promote mental wellbeing in their communities. The Mental Health Outreach Fellow will assist with social media outreach, tabling events, and collaborations with student organizations. They will shadow the Coordinator of Outreach Services, support the planning and implementation of outreach events, help manage outreach materials, attend committee meetings, and collect feedback to strengthen future programming.
