Residence Coordinator, Residence Life

Residence Coordinators (RCs) are responsible for working with Residence Life, Housing, and Dining staff to foster a safe, comfortable, and inclusive living environment for students. Generally, RCs manage daily operations and provide leadership to a community of 400-650 residents. RCs will directly supervise Resident Assistants (RAs), indirectly supervise Desk Assistants (DAs) & oversee desk operations, implement Residential Curriculum, assist with training & student-staff selection, manage student conduct, and serve on-call.
