Job description
Provide advanced-level technical support, systems analysis, and consultation for university computing environments. This position requires independent judgement and decision-making in configuring troubleshooting and maintaining complex systems and applications. Acts as a subject matter expert for computing systems with assigned units, serving as a liaison with central IT, and ensuring robust and secure technology operations across administrative and academic units. Act as a liaison between departmental units and information technology, provide information on information technology services, recommend hardware and software upgrades and replacements, and research and evaluate new software and hardware. Prepare documentation for internal and external technology knowledge needs.
