This role is responsible for supporting the Area Commercial Manager and Deputy Area Commercial Manager by leading the overall management and daily operations of the assigned team. It ensures proper planning, efficient resource utilisation, timely execution of business plans, and adequate quality controls to mitigate risks affecting the CBC and the Group. It aligns operations with the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss objectives of the Commercial Banking Division and the Group for both short- and long-term goals
